So Mass Effect 2 isn't going to be making a big showing at this year's GDC, eh, EA? Seems a bit, I don't know, ironic that the title's first teaser trailer has mysteriously hit just a few weeks prior to the show where you'll be discussing it. The highly anticipated RPG sequel which has been confirmed for release in "early 2010" got its first bit of public footage today, and it's quite shocking. Do I smell plot twist? Dont you dare jerk me around like this, EA. Don't you do it. Hopefully we'll get some additional information on the title at BioWare's panel next month. For the record: It's still unclear as to whether the title is going to be "multiplatform" or simply released on "multiple platforms" (yes, there's a difference). Given the whispers we've been hearing, I'm still willing to bet that 360/PC players will be the only folks to set foot on the Normandy again - for a short while, anyway. If the trailer isn't enough Mass Effect goodness for you, two pieces of (awesome!) concept art are available after the jump.
